LANSING, MI – A lone player in Florida took home the incredible $285.6 million Powerball jackpot for the drawing held on Saturday, June 5. The jackpot had not been won since the March 27 drawing, leading to the near $300 million jackpot.
That means the Powerball drawing on Wednesday, June 9 will be worth $20 million with a cash option of $13.8 million.

Powerball winners for June 5:
· Along with the grand prize winner, one player matched all five white numbers drawn to win $1 million. That ticket was sold in Puerto Rico.
· That player also played the Power Play option, which increased their winnings to $2 million.
· In Michigan, one ticket sold won $50,000 in the drawing. That was the largest prize won in the state.
· There were 788,567 tickets sold that won at least $4 in the drawing. In Michigan, 24,944 tickets sold won at least $4 in the drawing.
Powerball is offered in 44 States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Players select five white numbers from (1 to 69) and one red ball (1 to 26). Tickets cost $2 each.

· Sunday’s Fantasy 5 jackpot is an estimated $105,000. The drawing is at 7:29 p.m. Deadline is 7:08 p.m.
