The counting of absentee ballots for the 2020-2021 school budget vote began at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Districts including the Binghamton City School District and Union-Endicott Central School District broadcast the canvassing of their ballots over Zoom Tuesday evening.
Around the Southern Tier, all school districts are staying at or below the allowable tax levy limit despite concerns surrounding the impact of COVID-19 on school finances.
