New York State to Allow Fans in Stadiums Starting Tuesday - Spectrum News

sisilihya.blogspot.com

Tomorrow's a big day for New York state sports fans. Tuesday is the first day large stadiums and arenas can allow spectators.

The rules require the venue to be able to seat at least 10,000 people. Only 10% capacity is allowed in, under the new rules.

For Buffalo Sabres fans who want to start going to hockey games again, KeyBank Center holds 19,070 people. That means a little more than 1,900 fans could be able to attend games.

All fans would also be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the game.

The Sabres organization has still not released any information on how or when it plans to allow fans inside the arena.
