A variance is being sought from the Pinal County Board of Adjustment and Appeals to allow the placement of an existing shed on a 0.4-acre parcel on lot 87 in Hermosa Hills, northeast of U.S. Highway 60 in Gold Canyon.
Michael Middaugh, landowner and applicant, is requesting the variance to allow a reduction in the minimum front yard setback for accessory structures from 60 feet to 35 feet and minimum distance to a main building from 7 feet to 4 feet, according to a public notice.
The board of adjustment and appeals meets at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 23, in The Pinal County Emergency Operations Center’s Hearing Room, Administration Building F in Florence.
