Week 5 on the 2020 NFL season featured a little bit lighter of a main slate due to a pair of games getting rescheduled and a scheduled bye week, but there was still another Milly Maker from DraftKings, giving players a chance to walk away with a big payday in the $4M Fantasy Football Millionaire contest. There are 10 games on the main slate, and you can keep up with all the latest results and updates throughout the afternoon right here on DK Playbook. We’ll also keep an eye on the Reignmakers lineups to see how Chris and Kyle Long do. All the entries that beat out the Long brothers this week will receive entry into an exclusive $10k contest.

After leading through most of the late games, ‘rbuss7’ was passed in the fourth quarter of the late game by ‘jduke24,’ who rallied just like the Giants did. Devonta Freeman ($4,600; 16.7 DKFP) scored the touchdown that put New York in the lead, and his production also moved ‘jduke24’ into the top spot. That entry also got a big boost from Darius Slayton ($4,800; 23.9 DKFP) in that game, who had over 100 yards. The entry was part of the 1.2% of entries that had Chase Claypool ($4,100; 45.6 DKFP) in the early games — the leading scorer of the day. Patrick Mahomes ($7,700; 33.7 DKFP) and Travis Kelce ($6,400; 27.8 DKFP) had big games in the Chiefs’ loss to power that lineup along with the Ravens D/ST ($3,900; 26 DKFP), who dominated the Bengals.

Unfortunately for ‘rbuss7,’ that entry slid to No. 4 overall as ‘polishkids’ moved into second thanks to Slayton, Ceedee Lamb ($6,000; 23.4 DKFP) and the Dolphins D/ST ($2,400; 12.0 DKFP). ‘Apersaud22’ finished third as Slayton powered him past ‘rbuss7,’ as well. Congrats to those entries and to all those who finished well on Sunday.

Even if you weren’t that far up the leaderboard, you may have still won entry into the exclusive $15K contest if you beat Kyle Long’s 134.0 DKFP. Kyle trailed Chris coming into the late games, but Ezekiel Elliott ($7,800; 23.5 DKFP) and the Browns’ D/ST ($2,700; 13.0 DKFP) lifted the younger Long past his big brother, who started strong but stalled a bit with only Mo Allie-Cox ($4,200; 0.0 DKFP) in the late slate. Kyle Long had plenty of snowflakes in the lineup, as you can see below, but did catch a heater with Ryan Fitzpatrick ($5,600; 30.6 DKFP) and also got a huge breakout game from Brandin Cooks ($4,100; 33.1 DKFP)

Fantasy Football Highlights

4 p.m. ET games — Second Half

The second half of the late games brought the main Sunday contests to a close with some exciting second halves. The 49ers made a big move by benching Jimmy Garoppolo after a brutal first half and replacing him with C.J. Beathard ($5,300; 6.76 DKFP). Although Beathard led the 49ers to a touchdown on his first drive, Ryan Fitzpatrick ($5,600; 30.6 DKFP) answered with his third score of the day, highlighted below, which also put Preston Williams ($4,100; 23.6 DKFP) over 100 yards receiving. The 49ers never got any closer as the Dolphins cruised to a shocking 43-17 win on the road.

In a wild game in Cleveland, the Browns improved to 4-1 by beating the Colts, 32-23. The two D/STs had back-to-back touchdowns in the third quarter with a 47-yard interception return from Ronnie Harrison Jr. followed by the 101-yard kick return below from Isaiah Rodgers. The Browns D/ST ($2,700; 13.0 DKFP) also added a safety later on a penalty by Philip Rivers ($5,800; 7.62 DKFP), who had two interceptions in a disappointing performance in the Colts’ loss.

The Giants closed to within a point in Dallas with another long FG. In the middle of the third quarter, the Cowboys sustained a gut-punch with an injury to Dak Prescott ($7,400; 14.44 DKFP), whose ankle bent the wrong way while he was being tackled by Logan Ryan. Prescott was carted off the field with what looked like a very serious injury and replaced by Andy Dalton ($4,100; 3.44 DKFP). The Cowboys finished that drive with a touchdown from Ezekiel Elliott ($7,800; 23.5 DKFP).

In the fourth quarter, the Giants rallied with another FG from Graham Gano and a touchdown from Devonta Freeman ($4,600; 16.7 DKFP) to take the lead momentarily over Dalton and the Cowboys. Dalton wasn’t done, though, leading Dallas down the field for the game-tying field goal with 2:00 left and then throwing the below deep pass to Michael Gallup ($5,400; 11.3 DKFP) to set up Greg Zuerlein for the game-winning FG as time expired.

4 p.m. ET games — First Half

There were three games in the late window of the main slate on Sunday with plenty of fantasy games still to be decided. The NFC East contest between the Cowboys and the Giants was the featured Game of the Week, but unfortunately it might have seemed like a re-run to Cowboys fans. Dallas fell behind by double-digits early thanks to a pick-6 from Dak Prescott ($7,400) and a touchdown on a carry from Evan Engram ($4,600). Dallas didn’t wait until the end of the game to rally, though, as they stormed back to tie the game at 17-17 on this fumble return for a score. The Giants kicked a FG for a 20-17 lead, but Dallas had this trick play up their sleeve to take a 24-20 lead at halftime.

The Dolphins were in San Francisco to take on the recovering 49ers. San Francisco may be starting to get healthy, but they trailed big early thanks to a pair of touchdown strikes from Ryan Fitzpatrick ($5,600), including the big throw below to DeVante Parker ($5,900). Miami added a rushing score from Myles Gaskin ($4,800) and led 30-7 at halftime.

A pair of 3-1 teams met in Cleveland as the Browns hosted the Colts. The Colts scored early on a touchdown run by Jonathan Taylor ($6,200) and the Browns answered back with a touchdown catch from RB Kareem Hunt ($6,500). Each team also added a first-half field goal to knot the score at 10. The Browns added a touchdown from Rashard Higgins ($3,000), but the highlight of the drive was this crazy grab from Odell Beckham Jr. ($6,400).

1 p.m. ET games — Second Half

As the second half got started, Chase Claypool ($4,100; 45.6 DKFP) scored his third touchdown of the day, as the Steelers started to pull away from the Eagles with 14 straight points to start the third quarter. The Eagles got back on the board with a touchdown from Greg Ward ($4,600; 12.6 DKFP) and Travis Fulgham ($3,000; 34.2 DKFP) capped his monster game with a touchdown to pull the Eagles back within two points. The Steelers put the game away, though, with the highlight below, as Claypool scored for the fourth time in the game with just under three minutes remaining.

The Texans got their first win of the season after a touchdown from Will Fuller V ($6,600; 15.8 DKFP) opened a 13-point lead against the Jaguars, who answered with the below touchdown from Collin Johnson ($3,000; 12.0 DKFP) on a magical play from Gardner Minshew ($6,200; 23.84 DKFP). Houston was able to hold on, though, thanks to another touchdown pass from Deshaun Watson ($6,900; 29.86 DKFP), who connected with Brandin Cooks ($4,100; 33.1 DKFP) for the final score in Houston’s 30-14 win.

Unlike the Texans, the Falcons weren’t able to get their first win of the season, as Carolina won its third in a row behind a big game from Mike Davis ($6,400; 29.9 DKFP). Teddy Bridgewater ($5,900; 23.82 DKFP) also had a solid day working with both D.J. Moore ($6,000; 19.3 DKFP) and Robby Anderson ($5,900; 22.5 DKFP). The Falcons’ defense continues to be a mess, and they’ll continue to be a stack-against option next week against the Vikings.

Joe Flacco ($4,800; 13.8 DKFP) was able to connect with Jamison Crowder ($5,800; 28.6 DKFP) on a long pass to set up a touchdown pass to Crowder as the Jets closed to within a touchdown against the Cardinals. Arizona answered, though, with a touchdown run from Kenyan Drake ($5,700; 13.2 DKFP) and later this touchdown strike from Kyler Murray ($7,200; 30.3 DKFP) to DeAndre Hopkins ($7,900; 28.1 DKFP).

In Kansas City, the Raiders took the lead early in the third quarter on a touchdown run from Josh Jacobs ($6,300; 22.5 DKFP), who later also caught a touchdown from Derek Carr ($5,300; 27.98 DKFP) as the Raiders pulled off the big upset, knocking off the Chiefs, 40-32.

The Ravens’ DST ($3,900; 26 DKFP) turned out to be an outstanding play as they shut down the Bengals on their way to a comfortable 27-3 division win. Baltimore had three takeaways, seven sacks and the below defensive touchdown.

In Washington, Darrell Henderson ($5,300; 21.8 DKFP) had his second touchdown of the day as the Rams cruised to another road win, improving to 4-1 with a 30-10 victory.

1 p.m. ET games — First Half

The Rams got on the board early with the first touchdown of the day as Darrell Henderson ($5,300) scored a one-yard touchdown. Kyle Allen ($4,100) ran for a touchdown on his first drive since taking over at QB, but the Rams came back with the long touchdown seen below to Robert Woods ($6,400) and a rushing score from Jared Goff ($6,500). While Los Angeles led 20-10 at halftime, the big story in the first half was Alex Smith ($4,400) returning to the field for the first time since a gruesome leg injury. He took over after Allen took a big hit.

Todd Gurley II ($5,700) also got the Falcons off to a hot start with this 35-yard touchdown to take an early lead over Carolina. However, the Panthers stormed back with a pair of field goals and then a big touchdown strike to D.J. Moore ($6,000), highlighted below. Just before halftime, Mike Davis ($6,400) caught another touchdown from Teddy Bridgewater ($5,900) to give the Panthers a 20-7 lead at halftime.

Henry Ruggs ($4,700) also earned an early spot on the highlight reel with the spectacular catch below against the Chiefs. Unfortunately for Las Vegas, the Chiefs stormed back with rushing touchdowns from Patrick Mahomes ($7,700) and Tyreek Hill ($6,900). Mahomes later found Sammy Watkins ($4,500) to help the Chiefs build a 21-17 lead. However, Derek Carr ($5,300) answered with three touchdowns passes—one to Darren Waller ($5,900), one to Nelson Agholor ($3,600) and a long bomb to Ruggs to give the speedy rookie over 100 yards in the first half on two catches. Las Vegas led 24-21 after the long score by Ruggs, but the Chiefs tied the game, 24-24, with a late FG just before the half.

In an AFC North battle, the Ravens opened up a 10-0 lead on a touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson ($7,900) to Mark Andrews ($6,200). Later in the first half, Jackson built on the lead with another short touchdown pass to Marquise Brown ($6,300), as Baltimore went up 17-0 at halftime.

In New York, the Jets continued to struggle badly on offense despite the change to Joe Flacco ($4,800) at QB. Chase Edmonds ($4,700) had a 29-yard touchdown run early for the Cardinals, who added a Kyler Murray ($7,200) rushing touchdown just before halftime to take a 17-3 lead to the locker room.

The two Pennsylvania teams were also going head-to-head on Sunday afternoon. After a slow start, each team got a rushing touchdown with Chase Claypool ($4,100) scoring for the Steelers and Miles Sanders ($6,500) providing this answer for the Eagles.

Claypool found the end zone in a more traditional way with this score later in the first half as the Steelers went back on top, but Sanders had another answer to tie the game at 14. The Steelers kicked a FG before half to lead 17-14 at the break.

Two AFC South teams met in Jacksonville in a game that was scoreless after the first quarter. Things heated up in the second quarter, though with touchdowns from Keelan Cole ($4,700) and Darren Fells ($3,400). After a short missed FG from Jacksonville, the Texans led 10-7 at halftime.
