Joe Exotic has filed a motion for a new judge to oversee his civil lawsuit.
The incarcerated former zookeeper filed a civil rights lawsuit last month against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, his lead prosecutor, a federal agent, a former business partner and others.
However, the subject of the hit Netflix documentary series Tiger King has asked for a new judge after claiming Judge Scott Palk was 'homophobic' and an 'animal rights activist' according to TMZ.
Controversial: Joe Exotic has filed a motion for a new judge to oversee his civil lawsuit
Joe -whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage- claimed in the filing that the judge had made 'hostile and agitated remarks' towards him in the past.
The U.S. District Judge is the same man who sentenced Exotic to 22 years for twice trying to have his chief critic, Carole Baskin, killed.
Meanwhile, Baskin has refused to appear in the rumoured Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness reunion episode.
The Big Cat Rescue owner, 58, who has claimed the Netflix docuseries is full of 'lies and innuendos', has said that she wasn't approached and wouldn't participate.
Joe Exotic's husband Dillon Passage also revealed that he wasn't 'contacted' to be a part of the live reunion episode, which is still yet to be confirmed by the streaming giant.

No reunion! Carole Baskin has refused to appear in the rumoured Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness reunion episode
Carole's representative told Entertainment Weekly: 'We have not been approached about a new episode and would not participate if asked.'
While Joe Exotic's husband Dillon told Andy Cohen on Monday during his SiriusXM show: 'It's going to be a live episode, kind of like a reunion. Netflix didn't contact me to be a part of that.'
When asked if Carole would be taking part, he added: 'I have no idea. It's more like a talent interview. That's how [producers] described it.'
Docuseries: The hit series filmed in Oklahoma followed former zoo owner Joe (pictured), who is currently serving 22 years for 17 counts of animal abuse and a murder-for-hire plot of his arch-nemesis Carole, a big-cat campaigner from Tampa, Florida
The rumoured reunion episode is still yet to be confirmed by Netflix and was first revealed last week by Jeff Lowe.
Jeff, 67, who took over Joe's G.W Zoo, said he was filming with the streaming giant and the episode would be released this week.
Sharing a video with his wife Lauren Dropla, 28, to Twitter last week, he said: 'Netflix is adding one more episode, it will be on next week, they're filming here tomorrow.'

It comes after Carole hit out at the documentary last week in a post on her Big Cat Rescue site.
The 58-year-old animal rights activist was particularly upset that the seven-part series raises the possibility that she was involved in the disappearance of her husband Jack 'Don' Lewis.
Her post suggests the late businessman was suffering from dementia and behaving erratically in the weeks leading up to his disappearance, and she attributes many of the conspiracy theories to his friends and contacts of Joe Exotic.
Carole opened her lengthy post with a video featuring her current husband Howard Baskin who claimed that the filmmakers originally proposed a documentary like Blackfish, which focuses on the treatment of Orcas at aquatic theme parks.

Misleading: Carole's post opened with a video of her current husband Howard Baskin claiming the documentary makers presented their movie as an update on Blackfish
'When the directors of the Netflix documentary Tiger King came to us five years ago they said they wanted to make the big cat version of Blackfish (the documentary that exposed abuse at SeaWorld),' Carole wrote.
'That would expose the misery caused by the rampant breeding of big cat cubs for cub petting exploitation and the awful life the cats lead in roadside zoos and back yards if they survive.'
But she said the series that was ultimately produced had 'the sole goal of being as salacious and sensational as possible to draw viewers.'
Falling apart: Carole was particularly upset that the seven-part series raises the possibility that she was involved in the disappearance of her husband Jack 'Don' Lewis (pictured), something she vehemently denies
She went on to deride the 'lies and innuendos from people who are not credible' who claimed she was involved in the 1997 disappearance of her husband Don Lewis.
Carole claimed that he was gradually showing signs of 'mental deterioration' for years leading up to his disappearance.
Following the success of Netflix hit Tiger King, Investigation Discovery recently revealed it will delve into whether Carole murdered her missing husband in a limited series, Investigating the Strange World of Joe Exotic.
